Q.配送会社はどこですか?
クロネコヤマトで配送させていただきます。お荷物の追跡番号に関しましては、商品発送のお知らせメールに記載をさせていただいております。

Q.商品の発送はいつになりますか?
祝祭日を除く月曜日〜金曜日が出荷日となり、通常ご注文から2~3営業日以内に発送させて頂きます。
※出荷日が祝祭日の場合は、翌営業日に発送します。
※連休等、この限りではない場合があります。
※商品出荷完了時にメールにてご連絡させて頂きますが、配送が混みあってしまっている場合には、ご配送完了のメールご連絡が遅れてしまったり、お送り出来ない場合が御座いますので予め御了承下さい。
※予約商品は、各商品毎に発送予定日を記載。

Q.電話で注文はできますか?

インターネット予約のみ受け付けております。キャンセル規定をご確認の上ご予約をお願いいたします。

Q.幼児を連れて来店できますか?
お子様を受け入れられる設備のご用意(お子様用の椅子やベット等)はないのですが、お子様を抱っこされたままご飲食をなさるお客様はいらっしゃいます。椅子の座り心地等を考えますとお母様のご負担が大きいように思いますが、お店側から来店をお断りすることはございません。
